Answer:it really does not matter what clinic you go to the fact that you are dark skinned is going to make it extremely difficult to have this done as the lazer works on the dark pigment in the hair so anyone with dark skin usually has to resort to another measure for permanent hair removal as using Lazer will only bun the skin
